He was very professional and explained his rationale well for placing downspouts, drainage, helping flow, and the benefits of installing leaf screens. He gave good pointers on keeping gutters/screens clean throughout the year. He communicated when he had the gates closed so we could let our dogs in the backyard. He removed all the old gutters and made sure the site was clean when the work was complete, which he did efficently.
